Responsibilities

You will have responsibility for the product, application, user acceptance testing and interface areas of core banking. This includes but is not limited to, shares, term deposit accounts, retirement plans, registered plans, consumer, commercial, agricultural loans, lines of credit and mortgages. You will work directly with the client contact. Responsible for requirements gathering and deposit data mapping from the existing host system to the new core platform. Your duties will include:

• Provide recommendations for implementation and process improvement during banking conversions
• Configure and implement core banking processing
• Document client and internal discussions and decisions
• Execute specific duties and groups of work as assigned
• Manage/resolve a fixed percentage of service cases, prepare and educate team members
• Test new features and functionality
• Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion
• Conduct support and training sessions during warranty period
• Ensure client satisfaction

• Relational Pricing/Service Fees
• Retail Deposit Processing
• Consumer/Commercial/Retirement Deposit Product
• Consumer and Commercial Deposit Processing
• End of Day/Month and Year End Processing
• Consumer/Commercial/Agriculture Loan Product
• Consumer and Commercial Loan Processing
• System Operations

Required Experience:

• Core banking conversion: minimum 2 years (required)

Application questions:

• Do you have experience in core banking product configuration, setup, and user acceptance testing? Which platforms and which institution?
• Have you worked with multiple core banking platforms? e.g. Fiserv DNA, Temenos
